Former Manager to stay with 'Hearts as Director of Player Personnel
The Worcester Bravehearts have announced today that former manager Alex Dion will remain with the team in the front office as Director of Player Personnel. Last Friday, Dion announced he was stepping down as Manager, but hoped to continue to work within the Bravehearts organization.
This week, the team and Dion reached an agreement for the former skipper to remain a part of the Bravehearts, joining the front office to control all of player personnel and development.
"I’m looking forward to this new chapter with the Worcester Bravehearts." said Dion. "I love this organization and am excited to still be chasing a championship in 2025."
The Bravehearts have begun the chase for a championship in 2025 by beginning conversations with internal candidates for the open head coaching position.
While internal conversations have begun, the Bravehearts are welcoming qualified candidates to apply by sending a resume and cover letter to info@worcesterbravehearts.com. The application process will close on Wednesday, August 21 at 5:00 pm.
